Pour & Explore: Tastings with The Wine Chick

Please join the Hilton Aventura and wine writer and educator Liza Zimmerman (AKA Liza the Wine Chick) for a fun, explorative, and somewhat wine geeky event on July 25th from 6pm to 8pm. Zimmerman, new to Miami, has written for many of the world's major wine publications— from WineSearcher.com, the world's top-circulation wine publication, to Wine Spectator—and regularly contributes to Forbes. She has taught wine courses for consumers and trade professionals worldwide and strives to make wine enjoyable and relevant for everyone.

The event will feature a curated selection of delicious and affordable wines from Gala, the Spanish restaurant at the Aventura Hilton. In this structured yet playfully academic session, we will explore some lesser-known wines from South America and Italy while enjoying small pairing bites from the restaurant's Latin menu. The program will include wine etiquette tips, insights on food and wine pairing, and how many of the world's great wines are related.

The event will also feature interactive wine activities, blind tastings, and prizes for the most intrepid participants.
