Swimming Pool (Garden Terrace)
6 PM Relaxation meditation, we will immerse you in the silence of your mind so that you can stop and connect with your own and the outside world, fill yourself with love.
6:15 Practicing nailing, this is a very deep, powerful, and emotionally vivid process. Standing on the nails you live and let go of all unnecessary emotions, clearing your energy.
6:30 Sound Healing, we will complete the whole process by relaxing and listening to the sounds of high vibrations, crystal bowls, Heng pen, and many other instruments will immerse you fill your body and mind with gratitude and love.
7:00 tea ceremony
Relaxation meditation, we will immerse you in the silence of your mind so that you can stop and connect with your own and the outside world, fill yourself with love.
