Day 1 – Saturday, December 13

Theme: Fashion by the Pool – A Festive Start

                •             12:00 PM – Setup & Vendor Showcase

Vendors set up around the pool and throughout highlighted hotel areas. Attendees can explore fashionable collections of all sizes, shapes, and styles.

                •             2:30–3:15 PM – Event Kickoff

🎶 DJ & Saxophone Player set the vibe as models, designers, and guests arrive.

✨ Poolside open-mic moments for introductions and cultural expressions.

                •             3:30–6:30 PM – Poolside Fashion Variety

                •             Multicultural fashion presentations.

                •             Interactive vendor experiences (jewelry, beauty, lifestyle).

                •             Poolside mingling with cocktails & light bites.

                •             7:00–9:30 PM – Evening Elegance Inside –

As the event moves indoors, the atmosphere transforms into “Total Elegance.”

                •             Main fashion showcase with curated runway moments.

                •             Live saxophone interludes between sets.

                •             Holiday-style décor, lights, and photo moments.

                •             10:00 PM – After Hours Lounge (Optional)

Guests staying at the Hilton can continue networking in the hotel lounge or reserved poolside rooms.

Day 2 – Sunday, December 14

Theme: Holiday Affair – Beauty, Culture, & Elegance

                •             12:00 PM – Vendor Exhibits Open (pool and lobby???)

Explore new collections from floor vendors throughout the hotel.

                •             1:30–3:30 PM – Brunch & Open Mic (where what location? Pool? Or lobby?) our brunch hours (restaurant / Muse bar in the lobby – 8am -2 pm) Bar 2pm – 11pm, restaurant 2 pm – 10pm 

🎤 Open mic session highlighting spoken word, holiday reflections, and cultural performances

🥂 Holiday brunch with live DJ background music.

                •             4:00–6:00 PM – “Fashion Beyond Clothes” Showcase

                •             A celebration of multicultural beauty and elegance.

                •             Focus on accessories, wellness, and style inspiration.

                •             6:30–8:30 PM – Closing Gala – where??? Lobby

                •             Final fashion highlights.

                •             Live saxophone performance.

                •             Thank-you acknowledgments to designers, vendors, and sponsors.

                •             Holiday toast to close the 2-day affair.
