6:30 Practicing nailing, this is a very deep, powerful, and emotionally vivid process. Standing on the nails you live and let go of all unnecessary emotions, clearing your energy.

7:00 Sound Healing, we will complete the whole process by relaxing and listening to the sounds of high vibrations, crystal bowls, Heng pen, and many other instruments will immerse you fill your body and mind with gratitude and love.
